Security

Invoice Uniform is designed to help businesses process invoice files with security and reliability in mind.

1. Payment security

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider.

Invoice Uniform does not store full credit card numbers on its servers.

2. Transport security

The website uses HTTPS to help protect data in transit.

3. Account security

Invoice Uniform uses authentication controls to protect user accounts and workspaces.

Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and for controlling access to their workspace.

4. File handling

Public demo uploads are used only to generate a preview and are deleted within 24 hours unless the user creates a workspace.

Workspace uploads are stored as needed to provide the service and allow users to review, manage, and export invoice records.

5. Access controls

Access to production systems and customer data is limited to authorized personnel and service providers who need access to operate, secure, or support the service.

6. Automated processing

Invoice Uniform uses automated processing and may use AI-assisted extraction.

The service provides warnings and confidence signals to help users review extracted invoice data before using it.

7. User responsibility

Users should review extracted invoice data before relying on it.

Users should not upload files they are not authorized to process.

Users should keep account credentials secure and promptly report suspicious activity.

8. Reporting security issues
