Invoice Uniform

Privacy Policy

Effective date: May 20, 2026

Invoice Uniform is operated by Landmark Software, a United States company.

This Privacy Policy explains how Invoice Uniform collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our website, public demo, and paid SaaS services.

1. Information we collect

We may collect account information such as your name, work email address, workspace name, authentication details, and account status.

We may collect billing-related information such as your billing email, company name, billing address, tax information, subscription plan, payment status, and invoice history. Payment information is processed by our payment provider. Invoice Uniform does not store full card numbers on its servers.

We collect invoice files and invoice-related data that you upload or generate through the service. This may include supplier names, invoice numbers, invoice dates, totals, tax amounts, VAT fields, line items, extracted fields, confidence scores, warnings, processing logs, exports, and workspace activity.

We may collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, pages visited, timestamps, logs, error reports, and abuse-prevention signals.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide and improve Invoice Uniform, including to:

  • Create and manage accounts and workspaces
  • Process uploaded invoice files

3. Public demo uploads

Invoice Uniform may allow visitors to test the product without creating an account.

Files uploaded through the public no-login demo are used only to generate the preview. Public demo uploads are deleted within 24 hours unless the user creates a workspace.

The public demo is intended for evaluation only and should not be used as a permanent storage or production processing system.

4. Workspace uploads

Files uploaded inside a workspace may be stored while the account remains active or as needed to provide the service.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to upload and process the invoice files they submit to Invoice Uniform.

5. Payments and billing

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. These providers may collect and process payment, billing, tax, and fraud-prevention information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

Invoice Uniform does not store full credit card numbers on its servers.

6. Automated processing and AI-assisted extraction

Invoice Uniform uses automated processing and may use AI-assisted extraction to convert invoice files into structured records.

Extracted invoice data may contain errors. Users are responsible for reviewing extracted results before relying on them for accounting, tax, payment, compliance, or business decisions.

Invoice Uniform does not provide accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice.

7. Data sharing

We do not sell customer invoice data.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the service, including providers for hosting, database infrastructure, file storage, authentication, email delivery, analytics, payment processing, customer support, security, logging, and AI-assisted processing.

We may also share information if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Invoice Uniform, our users, or others.

8. Data retention

Public demo uploads are deleted within 24 hours unless the user creates a workspace.

Workspace files and generated invoice records may be retained while the account remains active, unless deleted earlier by the user or according to our retention practices.

Backups, logs, and security records may be retained for a limited period for security, recovery, legal, or operational reasons.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect user data, including HTTPS, access controls, authentication protections, and limited access to production systems.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. User rights and requests

Users may contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion of their information, subject to applicable law and operational requirements.
